Considering the importance of this rule in the excellence of the social system, the legislator of the Islamic Republic of Iran approved the law of "Supporting enjoiners of the good and forbidders of the wrong " in 1394. This article expresses the ambiguities and challenges of the mentioned law with an analytical approach. The results of the research indicate that although the legislator's goal was to support the enjoiner and the forbidder by this law, but besides the meant support, the legislator raised some preliminary discussions that caused many legal uncertainties. This research has tried to express and analyze these ambiguities and take an effective step towards solving them. «امر به معروف» و «نهی از منکر» در شریعت اسلام یک وظیفه شرعی برای مردم است. قانونگذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به واسطه جایگاه این امر مهم در تعالی نظام اجتماعی، در سال 1394 اقدام به تصویب قانون «حمایت از آمران به معروف و ناهیان از منکر» نموده است. این مقاله با رویکرد تحلیلی ارائه می گردد، به بیان ابهامات و چالش های قانون مذکور پرداخته است. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اگرچه هدف قانونگذار از این قانون حمایت از آمران به معروف و ناهیان از منکر بوده، اما در این مسیر علاوه بر بحث حمایتی، مباحث و مقدماتی را مطرح نموده که موجب ابهامات فراوان حقوقی شده است. این پژوهش کوشیده است ضمن بیان و تحلیل ابهامات موجود، در جهت حل آنها گام مؤثری بردارد. https://hoghoughi.nashriyat.ir/sites/hoghoughi.nashriyat.ir/files/1402-10/9.pdf
