abstract = {One of the important issues of Islamic countries is the discussion of "security" and security problems in the Islamic world. One way to ensure security and stability in international law is to use the "right of legitimate defense", which will be better when it is a collective defense. A manifestation of collective defense is collective security agreements. Having such an agreement is necessary considering the security problems of Islamic countries. The purpose of this research is to answer this question: what are the solutions to reach this agreement, considering the challenges on the way to reach it. To get the answer, one should pay attention to the performance of similar organizations. The “Organization of Islamic Cooperation” is the largest international organization after the “United Nations”, and its challenges and problems should be studied. In addition, one must study the process of establishment of ‘collective security agreement” (i.e. NATO), and its problems and solutions for the most important cases in order to find solutions to achieve a successful agreement using their experiences. Two other important solutions are paying attention to the capacity of Islamic concept of ‘jihad’ and also strengthening the category of "Islamic unity".},

abstract_fa ={یکی از مسائل مهم کشورهای اسلامی بحث «امنیت» و مشکلات امنیتی موجود در جهان اسلام است. از راه های تأمین امنیت و ثبات در حقوق بین الملل، استفاده از ابزار «حق دفاع مشروع»، آن هم در سطح اقدام به دفاع به صورت جمعی است. یکی از نمودهای دفاع جمعی پیمان های امنیت دسته جمعی است. وجود این پیمان با توجه معضلات امنیتی ممالک اسلامی ضروری به نظر می رسد. هدف این تحقیق پاسخ به این سؤال است که با توجه به چالش ها در مسیر رسیدن به این پیمان، چه راهکارهایی برای دستیابی به آن وجود دارد. برای رسیدن به پاسخ باید در عملکرد سازمان های مشابه دقت نمود. «سازمان همکاری اسلامی» بزرگ ترین سازمان بین المللی بعد از «سازمان ملل» است که باید چالش ها و مشکلات آن بررسی گردد. علاوه بر این، روند تأسیس، مشکلات و راه حل های مهم ترین نمونه  پیمان امنیت دسته جمعی (یعنی ناتو) بررسی گردد تا از تجربه های این پیمان ها، راهکارهایی برای دستیابی به یک پیمان موفق بیابیم. توجه به ظرفیت جهاد اسلامی و همچنین تقویت مقوله «وحدت اسلامی» دو راهکار مهم دیگر به شمار می آید.},
