abstract = {One of the most significant political, legal, and ethical challenges of the contemporary world is the systematic violation of human rights by the Zionist regime. This regime, under the claim of a return to the "Promised Land," has brought about the complete occupation of the Palestinian territory and, disregarding the principles of international law and humanitarian standards, has committed numerous legal and moral crimes against Palestinians. Following the Hamas operation on October 7, 2023, the Zionist regime, under the pretext of "self-defense," launched a wave of widespread and organized attacks against the Gaza Strip. These attacks have included the deliberate targeting of civilians, particularly women and children, journalists, aid workers, and other individuals protected under international conventions. Furthermore, the destruction of civilian infrastructure such as hospitals, mosques, churches, universities, schools, refugee camps, facilities affiliated with international organizations, residential buildings, and ambulances, the use of prohibited weapons, and the imposition of a complete siege by preventing the entry of water, food, fuel, electricity, and medicine, are clear examples of blatant human rights violations and instances of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. These acts fall within the list of crimes enumerated in international legal statutes. The present study, employing a descriptive-analytical method, examines the most prominent instances of human rights violations by the Zionist regime and the strategies for confronting them based on various instruments of international law.},

abstract_fa ={یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های سیاسی، حقوقی و اخلاقی جهان معاصر، نقض سیستماتیک حقوق بشر توسط رژیم صهیونیستی است. این رژیم، با ادعای بازگشت به «سرزمین موعود»، اشغال کامل سرزمین فلسطین را رقم‌ زده و بی‌اعتنا به اصول حقوق بین‌الملل و معیارهای انسانی، مرتکب جنایات متعدد حقوقی و اخلاقی علیه فلسطینیان شده است. پس از عملیات حماس در ۷ اکتبر ۲۰۲۳، رژیم صهیونیستی به بهانۀ «دفاع از خود» موجی از حملات گسترده و سازمان‌یافته علیه نوار غزه را آغاز نمود. این حملات، شامل هدف‌گیری عمدی غیرنظامیان به‌ویژه زنان و کودکان، خبرنگاران، نیروهای امدادی و سایر افراد تحت حمایت کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی بوده است. همچنین تخریب زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی نظیر بیمارستان‌ها، مساجد، کلیساها، دانشگاه‌ها، مدارس، اردوگاه‌های پناهندگان، مراکز وابسته به سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، ساختمان‌های مسکونی، آمبولانس‌ها، به‌کارگیری سلاح‌های ممنوعه، و ایجاد محاصرۀ کامل از طریق جلوگیری از ورود آب، مواد غذایی، سوخت، برق و دارو، نمونه‌های روشن از نقض آشکار حقوق بشر و مصادیق نسل‌کشی، جنایت جنگی و جنایت علیه بشریت محسوب می‌شود. این اعمال در فهرست جرائم مندرج در اساسنامه‌های حقوقی بین‌المللی جای می‌گیرند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، به بررسی برجسته‌ترین موارد نقض حقوق بشر توسط رژیم صهیونیستی و راهکارهای مقابله با آن بر اساس اسناد متعدد حقوق بین‌الملل می‌پردازد. },
