مؤسسه آموزشی و پژوهشی امام خمینی(ره) 2026 07 23 عدالت ‌اجتماعی و مسئله فقر: مطالعه‌ای تطبیقی در ‌نظریه ‌عدالت ‌رالز و فلسفه‌ سیاسی ‌فارابی 5003916 10.22034/hoghoughi.2026.5003916 FA حمید شاکری دکتری حقوق 0009-0009-5806-6807 Journal Article 2026 05 07 The problem of poverty stands as one of the most pressing challenges to social justice in contemporary societies,and,various theories,of,justice have sought to provide a normative framework for addressing it.This study aims,to,examine and compare how social justice and the problem of poverty are conceptualized in Rawls’ theory of justice and Al-Farabi’s political philosophy.The,central research question concerns what theoretical foundations each,of,these two perspectives offers for,the,analysis,of,poverty,and,what capacities they hold,for,reducing economic inequality.The,research methodology employed is descriptive-analytical with a comparative approach,grounded in the analysis of philosophical texts.The,findings indicate,that,Rawls,through his principles,of,equal liberty,fair equality of opportunity,and,the,difference principle,provides an institutional framework for poverty reduction,and,the,protection,of,the,disadvantaged.Al-Farabi,by contrast, emphasizes virtue-based justice,social cooperation,and the ruler’s role in realizing the common good,thereby attending to the moral and social dimensions of economic justice.The,study concludes,that,integrating,the,institutional capacities of Rawls’ theory,with,the,ethical foundations of Al-Farabi’s philosophy can offer a broader theoretical horizon for the analysis and alleviation of poverty in contemporary societies. مسئله فقر یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های عدالت¬اجتماعی در جوامع معاصر است و نظریه‌های مختلف عدالت تلاش کرده‌اند چارچوبی هنجاری برای مواجهه با آن ارائه دهند.این پژوهش باهدف بررسی و مقایسه نحوه تبیین عدالت اجتماعی و مسئله فقر در نظریه عدالت ¬رالز و فلسفه¬سیاسی¬فارابی انجام شده است.پرسش اصلی پژوهش آن است که هر یک از این دودیدگاه چه مبانی نظری برای تحلیل فقر ارائه می‌کنند و چه ظرفیت‌هایی برای کاهش نابرابری اقتصادی دارند.روش¬تحقیق دراین مطالعه توصیفی– تحلیلی با رویکرد تطبیقی و مبتنی بر تحلیل متون¬فلسفی است.یافته‌های پژوهش¬نشان می‌دهد که رالز باطرح اصول آزادی برابر،برابری¬منصفانه فرصت‌هاواصل تفاوت، چارچوبی نهادی برای کاهش فقروحمایت از محرومان ارائه می‌کند،در حالی که فارابی با تأکید بر عدالت مبتنی بر فضیلت،تعاون¬اجتماعی و نقش حاکم در تحقق خیرعمومی،به ابعاد اخلاقی¬و¬اجتماعی عدالت-اقتصادی توجه دارد.نتیجه پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تلفیق ظرفیت‌های نهادی نظریه رالز با بنیان‌های اخلاقی فلسفه فارابی می‌تواند افق¬نظری گسترده‌تری برای تحلیل وکاهش فقردر جوامع¬معاصر فراهم آورد.
